Conference fee

The conference fee is:

• 350 EUR per person for participation in the conference.

 
Conference fee covers:

• participation in the conference sessions
• opportunity to present a paper during one of the thematic sessions
• conference materials, certificates of participation and presentation of the paper
• catering during the conference (coffee breaks and lunches on 14.-15.10.2025)
• participation in side events (integration dinner – 13.10.2025 and gala dinner – 14.10.2025)

 
Conference fee does not cover:

• accomodation costs

A list of suggested hotels is presented in a separate tab [Hotels]. Please make individual reservation at the hotels of your choice.

• publication costs

In the case of submission of a chapter to the monograph titled "European Sustainability Reporting Standards in Action: Context, Implementation, Ramifications" and receipt of positive review, a separate invoice for publication in the amount of 275 EUR will be issued.

In the case of submission of a paper to the Theoretical Journal of Accounting, the Author(s) settle with the publisher by paying the publication fee.

In the case of submission of a paper to the Research Papers of the Wroclaw University of Economics and Business or the Financial Sciences. Nauki o Finansach there is no publication fee for the authors.
 
In the event of cancellation of participation in the conference by 10 September 2025, the conference fee paid, less 100 EUR, will be refunded.
